Born and raised in Hawkes Bay - I was spurred on to start this business by the ever-present passion I have had for health and wellbeing. My journey in recovery started many years ago when I began competing in endurance sports. Since then, I have built more discipline around my own recovery habits, which has led me to want to help others.

Doing many IRON MAN triathlon events I understand the importance of recovery firsthand. I also wanted to help find solutions for my partner, Meagan, as she struggled through health issues and netball injuries that impacted her muscles soreness and energy levels.

As a business owner, I thrive on building meaningful connections with people to help them build the habits they want in their life that will make a long-lasting positive impact.

Originally from a small town, called Warrnambool in Victoria, Australia - I moved to Hawkes Bay a few years ago. And I couldn't be happier with the move - the beautiful landscape and people have won my heart.

When it comes to how I like to spend my time I enjoy moving my body everyday - whether that's a gym session, walking in the hills or playing netball. I also coach Super Club netball, and know how hard it is on the body, so recovery has never been more important to me than it is now. I also enjoy spending time with our family, reading and eating at restaurants (any top recommendations please send!)
